Forestry SA will be undertaking thinning operations in the ‘Big Hill’ plantation within Mt Crawford Forest adjacent Warren Reservoir Reserve.

The works will be commencing from Monday, 15 June, and are expected continue for approximately four weeks.

While these works are underway some temporary trail diversions and access restrictions will be in place for sections of the North Warren Reservoir loop trail to accommodate the use of heavy machinery at the site.

This trail is located on the north-western side of the reservoir between the YHA campground and the Warren Reservoir bridge.

While the works are carried out, Forestry SA will have signs in place to direct trail users to alternative routes and further advice and notifications will be made available at reservoirs.sa.gov.au
