  • Turning back the pages in time

    The Myponga Historical Society had worked hard to mark May’s History Month and launch the Heritage Fleurieu Coast Festival in the church hall alongside the popular Myponga Reservoir Reserve. But measures needed to tackle COVID-19 meant the efforts to coordinate events and dedications for the festival had to be stopped and information and pictures gathered about the town, dairy farming district and, of course, the landmark reservoir were not going to see the light of day.

    The fish have really been biting at Warren Reservoir Reserve for the Kenny family.The Gawler family, dad Paul and daughters Makayla, 9, and Dannielle, 12, have between them caught more than 80 fish on their regular visits to the picturesque reserve just 5km from Williamstown.
